Competitive Compensation
We proudly pay our dedicated caregivers $22–$27/hour, significantly higher than many agencies. Quality care starts with valuing and fairly compensating those who provide it, ensuring our team is motivated and committed.
Referral Bonus Program
Our growth is fueled by trust and word-of-mouth. Join our Referral Bonus Program and earn: $500 for clients with approved care services, or $250 if they need assistance applying for Long Term Care.

Nadina Home Care is looking for a motivated and energetic Intake Manager to join our team in Denver!
The Role
Intake Manager (Full-Time, On-Site)
In this critical role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through our services and connecting them with the care they need.
What You'll Do:
- Communicate daily with potential clients to introduce our services.
- Work closely with state case managers to submit clients into care programs.
- Actively attract and onboard new clients.
- Represent Nadina Home Care with professionalism, empathy, and dedication.
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- At least 6 months of experience in sales or as an Intake Manager.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Enthusiasm for working with people and helping families.
A second foreign language will be a big plus!
